Class activities for Monday, April 27
Spelling: Students completed their Words to Learn list from words they missed on the last spelling test.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due Fridays.
Reading: Students practiced reading plays from their magazines to share their magazines with the class later in the week.
Writing: Students continued to work on their digital presentation using MrHowd.com Docs (docs.mrhowd.com).
Visit our research website and see what students are working on. This digital presentation is due Wednesday, April 29 and will be presented Friday, May 1.
Math: Students continued to practice multiplication by playing a game in class. Homework is finish a multiplication worksheet. We will have a test over multiplication later this week.
Science: We learned about how the mass of the moon affects its gravity. Homework is to finish Investigation Review p. 42.
Social Studies: We learned about the French and Indian War and wrote notes in our minibooks.
