Class activities for Thursday, May 23
Spelling: None today.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences of seven or more words each are due on Fridays.
Reading: Students performed plays from their Literature Circles magazines to share with the class.
Writing: Students continued to research and draft their Find It, Decide It technology and research project. This project is due Friday, May 31.
Math: We practiced drawing pictures and writing equations to solve number stories. Homework is to finish Journal P11-11.
Science: We plotted data about extreme tides and full moons on a calendar to notice patterns about what causes tides. Homework is to finish the analysis questions on p. 54.
Social Studies: We reviewed for tomorrow’s test about the American Revolution.
