Spelling: None today.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due Fridays.
Reading: We used our reading time to work on extra writing today.
Writing: We wrote notes about Core Democratic Values. We will use these ideas as evidence in a
Homework on weekdays is to work on writing for 15 minutes. Your student could use the next few days to put finishing touches on their adventure story.
Math: We estimating decimal division today. Our average class progress in this multiplication and division topic is up to 80%, but about 13 students are well below 60% complete. Homework on weekdays is to practice math for 15 minutes using MobyMax or Khan Academy.
Science: None today due to Leader Time. Students signed up to work on different teams looking for ways to improve our school. Ask your student which team they worked on!
Social Studies: We read about Dutch settlements in America and completed a digital review and quiz about the French and Dutch.
Character Strength: We are learning about prudence this week.
