Class activities for Friday, January 21
Spelling: Today was a preview of upcoming spelling words.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences of seven or more words each are due on Fridays.
Reading: Today was a reading day in Literature Circles. Some groups worked on questioning and determining importance as reading strategies.
Writing: Today was a work day in writing and a fiction piece was due into portfolios.
Math: Students completed a division MiniQuiz today.
Science: We started to work on an experiment about human variation.
Social Studies: None on Fridays.
