Hawaiian Beach Bash 2015
Friday, October 30th, 2015
Today was our Hawaiian Beach Bash! Students, tossed foam noodles, ate pineapple slices, danced to the Beach Boys, and tried to win the hula hoop contest! Later, it was Hawaiian pizza, Capri Suns and fruit kabobs! Thanks to all the families that helped with food, donations, decorations, games, setup and cleanup! Our party was totally tubular because of everyone’s help! A special thank you to Little Caesar’s of Bristol Road and Jarred’s family who donated the pizza for our party!

Friday, September 11th, 2015Today was Team Day. We spent the morning working on solving teamwork challenges. In the first challenge, students had to move their feet together, without letting their feet separate from the person next to them. Other challenges included lowering a hulu hoop at the same time as the rest of the group, untying knots in a rope around a tree, and trying to fit their entire team on an ever-decreasing-in-size sheet. It was difficult at times, but students solved a lot of challenges by working together and persevering. Thank you to all the family members that helped today! Here are some pics and vids:
