Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due on Fridays.
Reading: We started reading a book, Love That Dog, by Sharon Creech. We will use this book as part of learning about poetry in writing.
Writing: We started to learn about poetry today. The next portfolio piece in writing will be a collection of poems, due Monday, May 21.
Math: Students completed a fractions test today. There is no homework tonight, how about some Khan Academy practice?
