Last day of school, Friday, June 8

We had a great time our last of fourth grade. Everyone had their fill at our potluck picnic. Then we ran ourselves silly playing games in the courtyard!

Thanks to all the families that brought a dish to pass, helped with food preparation and cleanup, and helped with the games.

I wish everyone all the best over the summer and into fifth grade!

Khan Academy Summer Challenge!

Schools out, but you can still keep making your brain smart! Use Khan Academy to review 4th grade math and learn new things for 5th grade!

The top ten students that log the most minutes in Khan Academy this summer will be able to select from the following goodies:

Sit in the Captain’s Chair all day
Choose your seat for a marking period
Get out of a week’s worth of cursive
Lunch in the teacher’s lounge
A cold treat
Pizza party with your friends at school
First STAR Friday pick
Listen to your music at school for a whole day
$10 gift card or cash
Grand Prize: $25 gift card or cash

A leader board will be updated often so you know how far you are away from first place! The student with the most Khan Academy minutes gets the first choice, so log in often to review and learn new skills!
