Class activities for Wednesday, March 27
Spelling: None today.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences of seven or more words each are due on Fridays.
Reading: Students performed their monologues today from their last Literature Circles book.
Writing: Students started working on the next writing project, called the I-Search research project (more details here). This informational project will be due Friday, April 26, when students present their findings during our I-Search Conference. Students should be planning their presentation topic at this point.
Math: We practiced subtracting mixed numbers today.
Science: Students review for and completed a test about studying people scientifically.
Social Studies: We started learning about what life was like in colonial America.
