Class activities for Monday, April 29
Spelling: We reviewed compound words and common long vowel patterns. Long vowel sounds will be the skill tested on tomorrow’s spelling test.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences of seven or more words each are due on Fridays.
Reading: We read in our science book about Newton’s laws of motion.
Writing: None today due to our technology time.
Math: We practiced multiplying fractions by whole numbers. Homework is to finish Journal P11-2.
Science: We learned about Newton’s laws of motion, inertia, friction and how forces can start, stop or keep an object moving.
Social Studies: None today.
