Last Day of School, Friday, June 12

We had a great time our last of fourth grade. Everyone had their fill at our potluck picnic. Then we ran ourselves silly playing games in the courtyard!

Thanks to all the families that brought a dish to pass, helped with food preparation and cleanup, and helped with the games.

I wish everyone all the best over the summer and into fifth grade!

Class activities for Thursday, June 11

Today we went to Rollhaven for skating, video games, and laser tagging. We had hot dogs and chips in the courtyard, and then watched a movie in the small gym. What a tough day!

Our End of the Year Potluck Picnic is tomorrow! We will eat at 1:00 pm, and family members are invited; we’ll have plenty of food! We’d appreciate any hands that could come early to help with preparing and serving the food, or to stay late to help with games.

Magnets moved this week (goal: 10): 10

Math: Finished for the year. Students completed an end of the year math test today.

Science: Finished for the year.

Social Studies: Finished for the year. Students started an end of the year social studies test today.
