Class activities for Monday, May 10
Spelling: None today.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due on Fridays.
Reading: Today was a discussion day in Literature Circles.
Writing: Students continued to work on their poems today.
A collection of poems is due into portfolios on Friday, May 21.
Math: Students learned a new method to divide, called the partial quotients method. Homework is to complete Journal p. 152 (skip box 6 for now).
Science: Students completed a district science unit test today.
Social Studies: None on due to art.
