Class activities for Wednesday, June 2
Spelling: None today due to viewing the book fair.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due on Fridays.
Reading: Today was a reading day in Literature Circles.
Writing: Students continued to work on their Find It, Decide It project, due Friday, June 11.

Math: We practiced calculating what the fraction of a number would be, such as 2/3 of 24 equals 16. Homework is to finish Math Boxes 7.2 (not box 4).
Science: None due to library.
Social Studies: We learned that our government is a republic (the people have the power and elect their government) and is a constitutional government (the constitution limits our government’s powers).
