Spelling: None today.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences of seven or more words each are due on Fridays.
Reading: Today was a reading day in Literature Circles.
Writing: Students worked on editing conferences for their essays.
The next piece of writing, a literary essay (here’s an example), is due Friday, February 8.
Math: We practiced dividing decimals by whole numbers. Homework is to finish Journal P7-4.
Science: We reviewed the analysis questions from the last activity about testing medicines scientifically.
Social Studies: None today.
