Class activities for Wednesday, September 9
Today was filled with more get-to-know-you activities and procedures. Here are some highlights:
- Students received their chromebooks and class email accounts.
- Students received new seats, class jobs, and elected team captains. We brainstormed what a good team captain would be like before we voted.
- We completed an activity about using teamwork to build a pyramid of cups. Students had to work together to use string and rubberbands to stack the cups, instead of using their hands. There were several mistakes, but students learned to persevere.
Notes:
- Team Day is Friday, September 11 from 10-11:30 am. The class will be completing team-building activities in student groups. Can you help? Instructions will be provided!

- Students will need a pair of earbuds this year. Something inexpensive will be fine.
