Class activities for Thursday, October 10
Spelling: None today due to extra time with science.

A personal narrative is due Sunday, October 13. Homework on weekdays is to work on writing for 15 minutes. Your student should be editing or ready to publish by now.
Math: We started our new topic about addition, subtraction, and estimation. Today we practiced rounding.
Homework on weekdays is to practice math for 15 minutes using MobyMax or Khan Academy.
Science: We practiced writing a scientific argument that includes a claim, evidence, and why the evidence matters.
Social Studies: We learned about how different levels of government have different powers.
Character Strength: We are learning about giving other people our attention this week. This is part of the #OtherPeopleMatter mindset.
