Class activities for Monday, November 5
Spelling: None today due to getting new seats.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences of seven or more words each are due on Fridays.
Reading: Students continued to work on Literature Circles projects to share their books with the class.
Writing: None today due to our technology time.
The next piece of writing, a fiction story, will be due on Monday, November 26.
Math: Students practiced multiplying using the standard method of multiplying. Homework is to finish Journal P3-7 started in class.
Science: None today due to our math skills time.
Social Studies: We learned about some different artifacts, natural resources or motivations of explorers that came to the New World. Homework is to finish Notebook pp. 23-23 if not finished in class.
