Spelling: None today due to the late start.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due on Fridays.
Reading: None today due to the late start.
Writing: We learned that stories can be turned into poems if the story is revised to add imagery, music or emotion.
A collection of poems is due into portfolios on Friday, May 21.
Math: None today due to the late start.
Science: None today due to library.
Social Studies: We reviewed how positive and negative incentives affect people’s behavior. Homework is to an incentive article and chart started in class..
