Class activities for Wednesday, October 16

Spelling: None today due to extra math time.

Cursive: Cursive workbook pp. 28-30 are due Friday.

Reading: None today due to the MEAP Writing test.

Writing: Students completed prewriting conferences today by adding comments and questions into a partner’s Google document. Homework is to have a family member continue to add comments into the document, if needed.

The third and last piece of the marking period is a slightly fictionalized personal narrative, due Friday, November 1. Your student should be prewriting at this time.

Math: Students completed a math test today.

Science: None today due to the MEAP Writing test.

Social Studies: None today due to the MEAP Writing test.

  • The Fall Partnership Fundraiser has started. Orders and money are due October 18 (new date). This fundraiser helps fund assemblies, supplies, and small field trips. We’ll have a separate fundraiser for our Mackinac trip.
