Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due on Fridays.

Reading: Today was a continuation of yesterday’s reading day in Literature Circles. We also had art during this time.

Writing: Students started revising draft their narrative. A personal narrative is due on Friday, October 10. Your student should be starting to revise at this time.

Homework is to practice math for 15 minutes or more using MobyMax or Khan Academy.

Science: None today due to a scheduled reading skills practice time.

Social Studies: We started to learn about American Indian cultural regions. During this unit, students will use clues to try to match up the homes, clothes and tools of American Indians that lived in seven different regions of the US.
