Here are some skills we’ve been working on:
Homework is to practice MobyMax Math or Khan Academy for at least 15 minutes.
Science: Students worked on comparing an animal, plant, and a nonliving object. Students could choose to make their comparisons in a Google Doc, slide presentations, or on paper. Homework is to finish writing how those objects are similar and different.
Social Studies: Students completed a miniquiz about checks and balances and were review the class results. They weren’t very good. We learned about and reviewed checks and balances yesterday, but some students couldn’t prove that they learned about this idea. You might want to have your student improve their answers and return for a better grade. Your student can find their quiz answers in their email inbox.
