Class activities for Wednesday, March 20
Spelling: None today.
Cursive: Ten cursive sentences, seven or more words each, are due Fridays.
Reading: None today due to Career Day. Our class listened to presentations from a real estate developer, a veterinarian, a realtor, and a juvenile justice officer.
Writing: We worked on editing today. The novel project is due Monday, April 1. Homework is work on writing for at least 15 minutes daily during the week. Your student should be finished with their draft by now and should have 100% of their goal done. Our class average is 98% right now, but some students are still behind and will need to work extra to catch up.
Math: Today was a work day for algebraic thinking skills. Homework on weekdays is to practice math for 15 minutes using MobyMax or Khan Academy.
Science: None today due to Career Day.
Social Studies: None today due to Career Day.
Character Strength: We are learning about forgiveness this week.
