Spelling: Today was the final spelling test of the year.

Cursive: There will be no new cursive assignments this year.

Reading: None today.

Writing: Students received their final writing grades of the year. They also finished publishing novels using Lulu.com and they are ready for purchase!

Math: Students worked on a district end of the year math test today.

Currently, 9 students have finished their 3rd grade math review. That leaves 18 students not finished. This would be a good thing to finish this summer, so your student can fill in any gaps and be ready for 5th grade.

Good summer math tasks:

• Finish MobyMax Test Prep Math 3rd Grade
• Finish any leftover MobyMax Math skills
• Master any leftover Khan Academy skills in the 4th Grade Mission

Science: None today. Science grades and assignments are finished for the year.

Social Studies: Students worked on completing unfinished district social studies assessments today. Social studies grades are near complete for the year.

Math: Students completed a MiniQuiz about fractions, geometry, and factors today. Students have been continuing to work on completing fraction and geometry skills in Khan Academy by the end of fourth grade. Homework is to work on MobyMax Math or Khan Academy for 15 minutes or more, and to level up on any unfinished math skills.

Science: Students worked on a life science MiniQuiz today.

Social Studies: Students completed district social studies assessments today.
