Reading: Students read a realistic fiction story about a brother helping a sister, and also answered some response questions. Check the Online School Agenda for details.
Writing: Today was the third I-Search drafting today for students to create slides that contain facts and pictures. The I-Search presentation is due Wednesday, April 29. Here are more details about this project. Check the Online School Agenda for directions and links.
Math: Today, we practiced the partial quotients method of division with larger numbers. Check the Online School Agenda for directions and links.
Science: None today.
Social Studies: We started learning about geography today. We learned about ways to locate the United States by comparing it to other countries, the equator, the Prime Meridian, and other things on a map. Homework is to finish the note page if not done this morning.
